- Make outbound calls to potential customers for selling credit cards, loans, and insurance products.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers through follow-ups.
- Update CRM and maintain records of calls and leads.
- Participate in regular training and grooming sessions.
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
