Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project estimation and proposal preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and basic project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation & Proposal Preparation:
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects involving multiple levels of BOM.
- Prepare and review quotations and proposals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Analyze past offers and revise current offers to improve accuracy and competitiveness.
- Data Analysis & Management:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and provide insights for cost optimization.
- Maintain and update records of all quotations, ensuring consistency and accuracy in pricing.
- Commercial & Project Management:
- Apply enriched commercial knowledge to ensure proposals are financially viable and competitive.
- Collaborate with the project management & Design team to ensure that estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of three individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate proposals.
