Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
• Update lead status and maintain records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Admission Counseling.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
