  • Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .
  • Outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
  • Establish a positive connection during conversations to create a favorable impression.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Understanding the needs and preferences of customers, they can tailor their approach and promote relevant products or services.
  • Handling incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or support related to a product or service provided by the company. Their main responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Understand the needs of potential customers and persuasively promote a product or service to generate sales.
  • Try to convert leads into actual sales or appointments.
  • Should maintain a professional and courteous tone, actively listen to customers, and address their queries effectively.
  • Having a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company
  • Keeping records of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes is part of the job. Tele callers may need to prepare reports for their supervisors.
