Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives + Performance Bonus

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing or IT Services).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts – SEO, PPC, Social Media, Google Ads, Website, Branding, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals independently.
- Target-driven, confident, and proactive in client handling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand business needs and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Present and explain CSI Grow Business services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Google Ads, and Branding.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
- Handle the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to payment follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
