Job Title: Sales Executive
Experience: 2-5 Years

Required skills & Qualifications:
- 12–5 years of experience in field sales / business development
- Comfortable with travelling and client visits (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Basic understanding of government organizations and procurement (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit government organizations, defence labs, and research institutions to develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in defence, research, and educational sectors
- Identify customer requirements through direct meetings and interactions with officials and technical teams
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions to clients
- Handle basic tender participation on GeM / E-Procurement portals (support will be provided if required
- Track ongoing opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand company presence in the government sector
