Job Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales by Implementing Sales Strategies:
- Implement sales strategies.
- Increase sales and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to sales by counseling and tele-counselling of leads to ensure admissions.
- Ensure smooth usage of CRM and ERP Systems in alignment with the sales process.
- Maintain proper follow-up and drive maximum output.
- Handling Students’ grievances.
- Providing timely information to students through calls and messages.
- Providing quality services to maintain the brand image.
- Recovery of continuous admission in the next term to a maximum.
