Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to costing and proposal creation.
- Experience in preparing quotations for spare parts and individual machines, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of commercial principles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Costing & Proposal Support:
- Assist in developing cost estimates for projects, including offers for spare parts and individual machines.
- Support in preparing and reviewing quotations and proposals for both complete projects and specific components.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, proposals, and offers.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Utilize Excel to manage and analyze costing data related to various offerings.
- Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date for reporting purposes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Senior Estimation & Proposal Executive to gather necessary data for cost estimates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements,
- particularly for spare parts and machine offers.
