Eligibility:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in International Business/Marketing/Brand Management
  • Strong interest in engineering products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and client engagement abilities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English proficiency required).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, and other AI tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking with international clients (Europe, Global South, North America).
  • Understand client requirements, develop & deliver sales pitches/ proposals/ presentations
  • Plan, Schedule, and confirm/ attend the client meetings.
  • Negotiate the terms of business agreements and close the deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and business forums.

2. Technical & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, and weight and cost estimations.
  • Work with the technical team to understand and communicate product specifications to clients.
  • Provide inputs for marketing content highlighting engineering capabilities.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Research international markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Track emerging industry trends in mechanical engineering and global trade.
