Eligibility:
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience. Freshers may also apply.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in International Business/Marketing/Brand Management
- Strong interest in engineering products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, planning, and client engagement abilities.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English proficiency required).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, and other AI tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking with international clients (Europe, Global South, North America).
- Understand client requirements, develop & deliver sales pitches/ proposals/ presentations
- Plan, Schedule, and confirm/ attend the client meetings.
- Negotiate the terms of business agreements and close the deals
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and business forums.
2. Technical & Marketing Support:
- Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, and weight and cost estimations.
- Work with the technical team to understand and communicate product specifications to clients.
- Provide inputs for marketing content highlighting engineering capabilities.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
- Research international markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Track emerging industry trends in mechanical engineering and global trade.
