Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management Executive: –
 Responsible for all the inventory records on system and physical.
 Responsible for the swatches library.
 Responsible for showroom.
 Support other teams with various tasks.
 Prepare monthly report of all the inventory stock.
 To keep a track of all pieces in the building.
 Maintain inventory and conduct periodic audits of the information of file.
 Check the garment or inventory in and out from the showroom.
 Manage the acquisitions of new materials.
 Assemble and arrange the display pieces.
 Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
 Any other work which may be entrusted.

1. General:-

 Familiarity with the type of fabric and accessories that goes with apparel.
 Remarkable organizational, interpersonal, and task prioritizing skills
 Come up with idea/suggestion for the growth of the brand.
 Working as a self-motivated team player with a drive to give the best shot.
 Maintaining discipline and ethics at workplace.
 Always come up with new ideas.
 Ability to multitask.

Desire Candidate skills & Experience:
 Education: – Any Bachelors and Diploma
 Better if candidate worked in Library or inventory system.
 Should be organized.
 Understanding work ethics.
 Should be pro-active, confident, detail oriented and should be able to make decisions independently.
